What's wrong with the Seattle Police dept? A video showing a Seattle King County Sheriff's deputy pummeling a 15-year-old girl in a holding cell was released Friday that has triggered an internal investigation. The same deputy that beat this girl killed a mentally ill man on duty three years ago.
